Presentation of the II Research Papers Competition - CONIEECS
The authors will present their papers in a Poster Session. The 3 best papers will be presented in conferences. The Scientific Committee will select the best paper.

Date of Notification of Acceptance of publication of the research article in a Scientific Journal indexed as CONFERENCE PROCEEDING.

CONIEECS Conference: Final presentation of accepted papers
The 2nd part of the CONIEECS Congress consists of the CONFERENCE for the final presentation of the accepted and published papers.

Competition Guidelines
Within the framework of the I Congress of Engineering Economics, Engineering Statistics and Social Sciences – CONIEECS, the II Research Paper Competition will be held, which accepts unpublished research papers written in Spanish or English. All submitted and accepted papers will be published in the proceedings with ISSN and ISBN, and in a Scientific Journal indexed in SCOPUS.
Concept of research papers:
Research papers are research progress work documents on the above-mentioned thematic areas, in which new innovative components, new concepts or techniques, findings, innovations, best practices or new methodologies are incorporated.
Participation Modality:
- REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: For the registration of FIEECS professors, research papers must be submitted as ABSTRACTS, in a 1-page PDF document, according to the format of the attached abstract template.:
- One (01) external researcher, if the paper is subscribed by 3 or more authors.
- Two (02) external researchers, if the paper is subscribed by 4 or more authors.
- REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: For the registration of FIEECS professors, research papers must be submitted as ABSTRACTS, in a 1-page PDF document, according to the format of the attached abstract template.
- SUBVENTION FOR PUBLICATION IN SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL: The Scientific Committee of the II Competition will evaluate the presentation of the abstract in the Poster session on Thursday, November 30. If the evaluation is positive, you will be notified to submit your full papers for blind peer review by the SCOPUS Scientific Journal. If the articles are accepted by the journal, the Research Unit will provide the main authors with a financial grant for the publication of the accepted article with the DOI as conference proceedings.
- SUBVENTION TO ATTEND AN INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC EVENT: The FIEECS faculty member, principal author of the best research paper determined by the Scientific Committee, will receive a financial subvention to attend an international scientific event, after coordinating the date and following the procedures of the directive to attend scientific events.
